Trump Campaigns on a Garbage Truck in Response to Biden's Remark

Donald Trump arrived in Wisconsin for a campaign event on October 30, riding in a garbage truck bearing his name. This stunt was a direct response to President Biden, who had referred to Trump supporters as "garbage" the previous day.

Trump, wearing a reflective sanitation worker jacket, climbed onto the truck upon landing at Green Bay Airport. “How do you like my garbage truck? This is dedicated to Kamala Harris and Joe Biden,” he said, drawing attention to Biden's controversial comment.

The incident came after Biden criticized racial jokes made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe at a Trump rally in New York on October 27. Hinchcliffe’s remarks, including describing Puerto Rico as "a floating island of garbage," sparked backlash. In a Zoom call with Voto Latino on October 29, Biden responded, calling Trump supporters "the only garbage floating out there," a statement he made off-script, leading to widespread reactions.

Trump's appearance on the garbage truck highlighted Biden's remark as both sides intensify efforts to sway voters in key battleground states ahead of the election.
